Crowdworks’ ATxSG 2025 on-site report from Singapore

We attended ATxSG 2025, Asia’s largest ICT exhibition!
From May 27 to 29, the Singapore Expo hosted the Asia Tech x Singapore (ATxSG) event, bringing together more than 22,000 visitors and organizations from over 50 countries. The exhibition served as a global stage where leaders across industries gathered to exchange insights and showcase the latest ICT trends.
This year’s themes revolved around Agentic AI, AI safety and governance, and industry-specific AI applications. Renowned speakers such as Jason Kwon (Chief Strategy Officer at OpenAI), Aidan Gomez (CEO of Cohere), Arthur Mensch (CEO of Mistral AI), along with executives from Adobe, Google, Meta, Salesforce, and Alibaba participated in the discussions.
Crowdworks also took the stage, showcasing Alpy, our all-in-one Agentic AI platform. Over 140 representatives—including IBM, Salesforce, Dyson, Standard Chartered Bank, Shopee Singapore, and Singapore’s Defence Science and Technology Agency—visited our booth. Here’s a glimpse of the vibrant atmosphere at ATxSG and the key AI trends shaping the Asian market.
Demand for Customized Agentic AI Is Now a Reality
The most common question we heard at ATxSG 2025 was:
“We already have so much data—can we use it to build a conversational chatbot?”

Many companies are moving beyond simple automated responses or keyword-based search functions. Instead, they are seeking Agentic AI powered by their proprietary documents and knowledge bases. From customer support and education to healthcare, policy, and finance, organizations expressed a clear demand: “We want AI agents tailored to our organization.”
Alpy, a customizable Alpy: All-in-One Agentic AI Solution, Tailored for Enterprises AI integration platform for the enterprise
Alpy is Crowdworks’ all-in-one Agentic AI platform that helps enterprises deploy, operate, and manage AI agents across the entire lifecycle. It provides essential solutions such as data preprocessing, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and model performance evaluation. With Alpy Agent Studio, enterprises can easily customize agent behavior by setting dialogue styles, personas, and guardrails.
The platform also features a data dashboard that tracks token usage per LLM, service costs, and performance metrics—drastically improving operational efficiency. Designed for usability, Alpy enables business teams to understand and manage AI workflows without heavy technical burdens, a point that drew significant attention at the exhibition.
Growing Demand for On-Premises Solutions and Increasing Interest in AI-Powered Document Automation
One of the most frequent questions at ATxSG was:
“Can this solution be deployed on-premise?” “Can we run it within our private cloud environment?”
These were not casual inquiries but reflected real concerns about data sovereignty and security among local enterprises. In this context, many visitors showed strong interest in Alpy Knowledge Compiler and its ability to support on-premise or hybrid deployments.
“We can’t wait to start using Alpy Knowledge Compiler!”
Alpy Knowledge Compiler, which preprocesses unstructured corporate data into AI-ready formats, received overwhelmingly positive feedback even before the exhibition ended, with comments such as “We’ll report this internally right away and move quickly to review adoption.”
Behind this enthusiasm lay a common, real-world challenge faced by many companies: the difficulty of transforming massive amounts of unstructured document data into formats that AI can readily utilize. Companies struggle with how to leverage fragmented internal data, how to accurately convert complex document structures such as images and tables, and how to estimate the manpower and costs required throughout this process.
Alpy Knowledge Compiler Solves Real Challenges
Alpy Knowledge Compiler turns unstructured corporate data into AI-ready formats, accurately recognizing even complex elements like tables, captions, indexes, and nested tables. It also quantifies document complexity, enabling enterprises to anticipate preprocessing costs, resource needs, and project schedules in advance. By balancing accuracy with operational efficiency, Alpy Knowledge Compiler provides a distinct advantage over other services.

Meaningful Partnerships at ATxSG

Beyond product demonstrations, Crowdworks held in-depth business discussions with enterprises that visited our booth. Visitors to the booth came not only out of curiosity but also with concrete project goals and internal needs, leading to discussions on potential collaboration opportunities.
Global corporations with APAC headquarters actively engaged in meetings to discuss collaboration frameworks. One B2C company emphasized: “We need a partner we can trust in Korea, because delivering natural Korean service quality is critical as we expand across Japan, China, and Korea.”
A B2B enterprise service provider also remarked: “Alpy could cover all of our client needs end-to-end with a single solution.” They expressed strong intent to evaluate adoption internally.
Singapore: The Gateway to the APAC Market

With ATxSG 2025, Crowdworks has marked Singapore—along with Japan—as a strategic hub for expanding across Southeast Asia, accelerating our global AI market entry.
The exhibition reaffirmed strong demand for Crowdworks solutions across diverse industries. Companies openly shared their pain points, technical requirements, and partnership ideas, providing us with clear opportunities for collaboration. This event gave us confidence in our global expansion strategy and positioned Singapore as the launched for APAC growth.
